A
Note To Classroom Teachers:
Please limit the number of fables submitted by your class to
eight. Some teachers run contests to select the best fables;
others set
up collaborative teams to write fables that are then submitted
with each team
member's name.
Writing fables as a classroom contest or classroom collaboration
will teach cooperation & teamwork while keeping it fair for all kids everywhere.
This way everyone
will have an opportunity to get published on KidsFables.com. |

| Rules for
all fable writers: |
| To effectively
tell your fable's
story, use correct grammar
and spelling. Tell your fable in an entertaining and logical manner. |
| Remember to correct your spelling and grammar before submitting
your fable. We do not
publish fables written in an illiterate manner. |
|
Please do not submit fables that are
incomplete, contain bad grammatical and syntactical errors, and make little sense.
Kids, please write your fables on paper or a word processor and then work with your
friends, parents, and teachers to make sure
your fable expresses what you want to express. |
|
Please check
here for tips on successfully writing a fable. |
|
|
Please limit the length of your fable to
about the size of most fables you see on KidsFables. We all want
our fables published so let's leave room for everyone. |
