Mean Bob

The moral of my fable is:  Never be mean.
My fable is:

There was a guy named Bob. Bob was a bully. Bob hurt peoples feelings a lot.

One day another kid came along and Bob tried to be mean to him.

Then the kid hurt Bobs feelings and Bob saw how hurtful it was.

Bob never hurt anyone's feelings again.

Help Is Needed

The moral of my fable is:  If you don't help others, you won't get helped when you need it.
My fable is:

There was a bunny who needed help on how to get to his family near the river so he asked the bird if he could tell him.

The bird said, "I do know but I'm not telling you".

The bunny said, "Please tell me so I can get back to my family".

The bird shouted "NO! I said I'm not telling you!"

So the bunny walked to try to find the way back. After 3 hours he got home.

A few days later the bird asked the bunny how to get to the woods. He said, "I do know but I'm not telling".

Please tell me said the bird. No! shouted the bunny.

After 3 days the bird found the woods but the rest of his family had gone.

The Barney In The Duck

The moral of my fable is:  Never take advantage of another person.
My fable is:

There once was a big kid name Barney. He had just moved in from a big town. He loved to eat.

He didn't care of you had eaten or were starving.

One day it was great day outside and Jonnie duck came outside.

He was the greatest littlest duck ever. Hechallenged Barney to a race. They raced for 4 hours.

Guess who won.

Jonnie duck won. Jonnie was in good physical condition because he ate enough foods, but did not eat so much that he became fat like Barney.

The Two Friends And The Grouchy Turtle

The moral of my fable is:  Never trust strangers.
My fable is:

One fine day in the rainy forest, there was a grouchy turtle that sat beside a river.

When he saw a baby bunny and a baby baboon, the turtle offered them a piece of candy.

But the candy was poisoned with something to make who ever ate it fall asleep.

The bunny and the baboon said, "Yes, thank you".

Never trust people that you do not know.

Telling The Truth

The moral of my fable is:  Always tell the truth, and you will be better off.
My fable is:

Cat, Dog, and Cow were at school talking.

Cat told them, "I have been to Disney Land". Cow asked cat, "Yea? Well if you have been there, what is it like there?"

"OK, I have not really been there", said Cat.

After she told them the truth, she never lied again.

Boone Castle

The moral of my fable is:  Be responsible.
My fable is:

One day we were in a castle in Boone it was snowing outside the castle.

A snowman, snowdog, snowfish, and snowfrog were locked in the castle.

They didn't know how to use the door. Then the fan stopped and all snowman, snowdog, snowfish, snowfrog were melting.

They should have learned how to use a door to go outside into the snow so they don't melt.

Sharing With Others

The moral of my fable is:  Sharing is good.
My fable is:

One day in the woods a cat, snake, mouse, and wolf were camping. Each of them took their own food and sleeping bag.

The mouse ate all his food and he asked the wolf if she could have some of his cheese.

Wolf said no. The next morning wolf asked mouse if the could have some bread.

Mouse said no because the wolf didn't share his cheese.

The cat and snake said it's good to share.
