The moral is: Money can't

| My
fable is:
Once upon a time a dog and his friends were
walking down the street to the park. He saw a cat who
was known to not be the richest girl in
town.
She had the biggest mansion. Her mom
and dad worked all the time. Her mom even has her own
clothing line and her dad was running
for president.
The cat pushed the dog out of the way
and said MOVE!!
The dog went home where he has
four brothers and sisters. He doesn’t have his
own room and shares a room. He goes to the park a lot to be alone. His
mom stays home and his dad goes to work, but he gets hugs and kisses
ever day.
The next day the dog went back to the
park and cat sneered at them.
Deep inside the rich cat wanted to
play.
No, I’m
going shopping she replied. As she walked away
she heard dog and his friends laughing and
having a good time. While
the cat was spending all by herself

said the cow. "Oink"
exclaimed the Pig. “Quack”
yelled the Duck. It’s time to elect a new president.
All three went to the presidential
campaign. Pig and cow were the candidates.
Duck was examining
Pig's picture. Pig was rolling around in his mud pit. Then
Duck looked at Cow's
picture and saw that he was in his fresh cut
grass.
Hmmm, I wonder who I should pick.
“Wait.” Yelled pig. You have to hear our speeches.
Pig went first. When he was finished
Duck had a tear in his eye.
When cow finished duck was half
asleep.
Now it’s time to elect our new
president.
The new president of the barnyard is.
. . PIG!!!
Pig asked why in the world would you
pick a filthy pig over a well put together cow? Duck
said, “Your speech was amazing. It doesn’t matter about
appearance it matters what inside”. |

bumped into the shelf that had her awards on it.
When Alice and
Drake looked in the closet they saw grandma looking in a bag for
her shoes but in the bag she was pushing away
her awards.
What are you doing they
asked her and she replied that she was looking
for her shoes.
When she found her shoes she came out.
Do you guys want some of my famous cookies?
Grandma’s cookies are the best.
Hey, grandma
can we go to the park? She replied, not today.
Why we never go to the park. Have fun for once.

The Honest Man |
|
Estelle, 10, Kuwait |
|
The moral is:
Be honest to everyone. |
| My
fable is:
One day there was once a tailor
who was very
busy. He had so much cloths for stitching
that he could barely keep up.
One day when he was so busy,
an angel came and asked what is the matter. He
said, "I can't
stitch this much clothes. This is too
hard."
The
angel said, "I can help you.
Don't be worried. I
will give you a needle, scissors, and a
measuring tape. These magic tools can help
you."
The tailor thought
to himself, "This is
called a handout." The tailor was not willing to
accept a handout. Instead, he felt embarrassed.
After feeling
embarrassed, he decided to work very hard using the tools he already
owned.
He realized that he was fortunate to have so
much work and so many customers and that good fortune is why he was very
busy.
Because he was honest with himself, he
eventually succeeded. He completed all his work by using his own tools.
His workmanship was of a very fine quality.
His workmanship was of
such fine quality that he gained more and more customers. He became so
successful that he hired assistants, bought more tools with his own
earned money, and expanded his business.
All this success was
because he was honest with himself and refused to take a handout -- even
from an angel. |
